License Fees

MUSIC license types:

Please note: The following fees apply to compositions already produced. For individual composing, additional costs will become due once,
i.e. $180 per minute instrumental, $280 per minute vocal.

Non-Broadcast

PERSONAL/HOME USE LICENSE
$5 instrumental, $5 vocal

The license is limited to the following:

• Synchronization with any non-commercial, non-broadcast use including the licensee's own personal website
• Internet streaming by third parties (such as YouTube) for personal use only
• Public performance where no charge is made to the public and where no product, service, brand, entity or event is promoted for commercial purposes.

Duplication of the project embodying the compositions on CD-ROM, DVD or other storage medium except for backup or sharing for non-commercial purposes is prohibited.

NON-BROADCAST CORPORATE/EDUCATIONAL VIDEO LICENSE
$25 instrumental, $225 vocal

The license is limited to the following:

• Synchronization with any non-broadcast corporate or educational video not for sale
• Duplication of up to 10,000 (total for all media) copies of the project CD-ROM or DVD.

NON-BROADCAST TRADE EXHIBITION LICENSE
$25 instrumental, $225 vocal

The license is limited to the following:

• Synchronization with any non-broadcast corporate or educational video for computer multimedia presentation or animation, not for sale
• Public performance where no charge is made to the public such as a trade exhibition, business seminar, or in-house multimedia presentation
• Duplication of up to 1,000 (total for all media) copies of the project CD-ROM or DVD.

NON-BROADCAST WEDDING/SPECIAL EVENT VIDEO
$25 instrumental, $45 vocal

The license is limited to the following:

• Synchronization with non-broadcast corporate wedding or personal videos for one year
• Non-corporate public performances where no charge is made to the public, for one year
• Duplication of up to 500 (total for all media) copies for each use of the project CD-ROM or DVD.
• The licensee may use the compositions for multiple videos, the term is one year.

Broadcast

TELEVISION PROGRAMMING LICENSE: STANDARD CABLE
$350 instrumental, $525 vocal

The license is limited to synchronization and public performance in any non-advertising project for all forms of television broadcast.

TELEVISION PROGRAMMING LICENSE: NETWORK AND PREMIUM CABLE
$675 instrumental, $1,000 vocal

The license is limited to synchronization and public performance in any non-advertising project for all forms of network and premium television broadcast.

WEB/MOBILE PROGRAMMING LICENSE: STANDARD CABLE
$125 instrumental, $200 vocal

The license is limited to synchronization and public performance in any non-advertising project for all forms of Internet and mobile device broadcast.

Promos

TELEVISION PROMO LICENSE
$425 instrumental, $635 vocal

The territory covered by this license is within the USA or any single country.

The license is limited to synchronization and public performance in any project for the purpose of promoting an event, news, or programming for all forms of television broadcast in perpetuity.

RADIO PROMO LICENSE
$225 instrumental, $335 vocal

The territory covered by this license is within the USA or any single country.

The license is limited to synchronization and public performance in any project for the purpose of promoting an event, news, or programming for all forms of radio broadcast in perpetuity.

WEB/MOBILE PROMO LICENSE
$225 instrumental, $335 vocal

The license is limited to synchronization and public performance in any project for the purpose of promoting an event, news, or programming for all forms of Internet and mobile device broadcast in perpetuity.

ALL MEDIA PROMO LICENSE
$1,200 instrumental, $1,800 vocal

The license is limited to synchronization and public performance in any project for the purpose of promoting an event, news, or programming for all forms of television, radio, and Internet broadcast or other digital delivery system in perpetuity.

WEB

WEB NON-ADVERTISING LICENSE
$55 instrumental, $130 vocal

The license is limited to synchronization and public performance in a video or animation for Internet non-advertising broadcast, either by streaming or downloading, for a period of one year.

WEB ADVERTISING LICENSE
$125 instrumental, $185 vocal

The license is limited to synchronization and public performance in a video or animation for Internet advertising and non-advertising broadcast, either by streaming or downloading, for a period of one year.

Advertising

TELEVISION ADVERTISING LICENSE
$280 instrumental, $425 vocal

The license is limited to synchronization and performance as embodied in the production for commercial adverising, trade, and related purposes in all forms of television broadcast for one year.

RADIO ADVERTISING LICENSE
$75 instrumental, $115 vocal

The license is limited to synchronization and performance as embodied in the production for commercial adverising, trade, and related purposes in all forms of radio broadcast for one year.

IN-STORE/ON-SITE ADVERTISING LICENSE
$400 instrumental, $600 vocal

The license is limited to synchronization and performance as embodied in the production for commercial adverising, trade, and related purposes in commercial retail, wholesale, or other sales location for one year.

THEATRICAL LICENSE
$120 instrumental, $180 vocal

The license is limited to the following:

• Synchronization with a feature, documentary or short film
• Public performance as embodied in the film in theatrical and non-theatrical exhibition with or without admission charge, including the right to perform the compositions by transmission of the film into such locations.

TRAILER LICENSE
$2,000 instrumental, $3,000 vocal

The license is limited to synchronization and public performance in any project for the purpose of promoting a feature film for all forms of media broadcast in perpetuity.

VIDEO GAME LICENSE
$100 instrumental, $150 vocal

The license is limited to the following:

• Synchronization with a video game utilizing any and all video game platforms
• Duplication of unlimited copies of the project CD-ROM, DVD or other media.

DVD OR CD-ROM LICENSE
$100 instrumental, $150 vocal

The license is limited to the following:

• Synchronization with any non-broadcast use including the licensee's own website or online service, corporate and educational videos, computer multimedia presentations or animations
• Public performance where no charge is made to the public such as trade exhibitions, business seminars, in-house multimedia presentations, independent in-store, music-on-hold.
• Duplication of unlimited copies of the project CD-ROM or DVD.
